Welcome to House of Zana Workwear. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at checkout.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase, otherwise for team orders please contact order@houseofzana.uk.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.
  • House of Zana Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, weather).
  • If your order fails to arrive due to courier-related issues, you must notify us within 6 days of dispatch. This allows us to take the necessary steps to track your parcel and resolve the issue effectively.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in perfect condition. Please see Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We aim to process refunds within 2 working days after receiving the returned item at our HQ.

5. Product Quality and Warranty

  • Our scrubs are crafted to the highest quality standards.
  • Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
